Welcome to the 3rd annual PhilnLeah Christmas card. This year has not been as exciting (hectic?) as prior years. Initially, I feared that this fact would make this year's card difficult to write. On the other hand, I suppose that having nothing to write home about is, in itself, something to write home about. Or, at the very least, it's written my introduction.

Faith
Our good friends, Katie and Red, had a baby this year, and we have been
happy to monopolize their time to let us play with Faith. She is
truly an amazing little girl. |
Houseguest
My sister, Carissa, visited us for the Summer. She was pretty busy,
spending most of her time working at Babe Ruth, going to the gym,
visiting Evan, or have adventures with the Oldsmobile somewhere in between.
Nevertheless, I managed to squeeze a number good dinners out of her, and
she humored me by going to the $3.50 Tuesday night movie when Leah was out
of town. |
DogsRosencrantz and Guildenstern have been doing well, and, like us, seem to be comfortable settling into their adult lives. Although, I fancy ourselves not quite so set in our ways (this picture is nearly indistinguishable from last year's). |

Leah
Leah has been working with her latest client, TTX, for the whole year. She's
traveled to Chicago 26 weeks out of the year for the project, so she's
doing quite well in the frequent flyer miles department.
She likes Chicago as a city, though I must admit that I do not
share exactly the same opinion; of course my reasoning could be running
awry due to the fact that I am still thawing from my single trip out there
this year.

PhilI followed Leah to Princeton Consultants early this year, and have been happily employed there since. For most of the year, I worked on a Java-based web plan administration system for ICMG. In the last two months, though, I have been working on some neat-o press schedule optimization technology for R.R. Donnelley & Sons. |

Nothing Much
This is my section used to celebrate nothing; or perhaps more correctly,
time for reflection. |
Now that we've had some time to reflect, it's time to turn away and live some new moments. Thank you for your willingness to take part in those experiences yet to come.
Happy Holidays,
Phil and Leah Schanely
